The Summer Leadership Institute 2025, jointly organized by CLICKS and TUM International GmbH (TUMint), will take place from July 14–18, 2025, in Munich, Germany. This intensive five-day program is designed for university administrators, deans, and department heads looking to drive entrepreneurial transformation at their institutions.
Participants will gain insights into the entrepreneurial university model, explore best practices in innovation and commercialization, and develop actionable strategies to foster entrepreneurial mindsets in higher education. The program includes expert-led workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and site visits to leading universities, entrepreneurship hubs, and research institutions in Munich.
